Re: [T3] John's Rubbers :~)

<x-flowed>I just picked up a similar rubber seal from a FLAPS / Hardware store, taht also happnes to sell marine stuff, for boats, that is. THey have a very similar rubber gasket, supposed to seal of engine compartment lids on boats, but works great on my doors as well. Also my 70 doesnt have the bright rocker trim shown in the DDB pictures (my 73 also have this), my 70 only had a thin alloy strip to hold the carpet. With this removed, the rubber gasket stretches all the way around the door opening.

So John used Ford Focus door seals on Sophy. How come we never heard any of
this??? Toby just brought up the fact that theDDB is doing something
similar:

Let's have the lowdown on this one John.
