That looks correct - my project '73 Squareback 'MUM' has factory fitted radial ply tyres (steel) which was M172, so maybe M173 was the textile-braced ones. It also had M20 MPH speedo; M74 rear mudflaps; M102 heated rear window; M258 high-back front seats; Z01 bad-weather package (fog lights? - most of the rest was specified). Our UK brochures for 1968 mention radial tyres as optional extras. Dave.
