Someone on TheSamba forum mentioned just replacing the T3 breather with
a T1 one. This gives you an oil cap.

Extend the dipstick tube up and lengthen the dipstick.

Oil pressure switch is standard SAE 1/8" pipe. No problem there. As for
the flywheel, it is the other way around. You can put a 6V flywheel on a
newer crank, but you need to do some machine work to put a 12V flywheel
on an early crank.
