The previous message concerning the fuel line through hole pertains to the black tin. When I installed the blue one, the fuel hole is much higher and in a reasonable location. I'll still stick with the body hole bulkhead location however.>> Judging by the photo; http://thesamba.com/vw/forum/album_search.php?search_author=Jeff67sqbk , I'd say the black one is from an earlier bug. I modified one of those (I had several of them) to use in my Roadster 2 project. You can tell the difference by looking at the tabs on the ends of the black one versus the blue one. The blue one has little extensions on it to allow it to bolt to the type3 tin, while the black one doesn't (at least what I can see of the photo). Just my take on it. : ) Bob 65 Notch S w/ Sunroof 71 Square, now a 2 seat Roadster, pics can be seen at; http://volksrods.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
