Pull the steering wheel and remove the TS lever (and wiper switch if it is 
column mounted;careful of the little tab.) Remove the 2 screws that hold the 
little cover to the left of the cylinder. Remove the plug from the rear (front) 
of the cylinder. Insert the key and unlock it. Pull out the whole cylinder 
housing. Remove the little screw and pull the switch out the back (front) of 
the cylinder housing.

Assemble in reverse.

This is from memory. There may be some steps omitted, but I think this is 
close.
