Any suggestions on best practice? I'd start with compressed air. If nothing goes thru then you can try to attach a long wire, like a straightened coathanger. Flatten one end and twist it in there working your way down. Work from both ends. You can even chuck it in an electric drill. Keep trying the compressed air and alternate between the compressed air and the wire until it's as clear as you can get it. I'd follow up by flushing gas thru it, but I'd collect the dirty gas in a separate can at the back until it comes out clean. You can let the dirt settle out and in a few days you can probably pour it carefully (don't stir it up again) back into your tank. -- Jim Adney jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, WI 53711-3054 USA ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
