I don't know the part # off hand, but it is a uniquely type 3 part. I have them 
in stock if you can't find one locally.

The steps are pretty much the same:

1) Disconnect and remove everything at the rear: wing nut & Bowden (flex) tube.

2) Disconnect and remove the MC pushrod (don't change it's length adjustment.)

3) Remove the pedal cluster and pull out the old cable.

4) Feed in the new cable while smearing it with lots of grease.

5) Reinstall everything in the reverse order, being careful not to let the 
clutch pedal fall backwards, which would let the clutch cable fall off the 
inner hook.
