You can get OE sized parts of good quality almost anywhere.

Push rods almost never have to be replaced, but push rod tubes are a good thing 
to replace any time you take the heads off.

An oil filter is an excellent idea, but on a type 3 this is a job that should 
be done as part of a complete engine teardown and rebuild.
