There is an "extra" red wire that runs to the plus terminal on the battery. It 
terminates in a Ring (round) lug that is supposed to be clamped under the 
battery terminal clamp bolt. That wire supplies ALL the power to the FI system, 
so if it is broken the FI won't work at all.

If your fuel pump runs, and the relays click, then that wire is okay.
