As I have a complete spare FI setup, I wanted to install it in my 71 FB to replace the stock twin carbs. The only potential problem is that the system is off a car with MT, whereas my FB has an AT. I believe that there are some differences between the FI systems of cars with MT and AT, such as the auxiliary air regulator. They are heated by engine oil on MT cars and by an electric element on AT cars. Is this true? Are there any other differences I need to be aware of before going ahead with the transplant?
