[T3] 4 lug Fasty

lemme give this a shot...
All fastys were 4 lug- [only a few really rare 65 models are 5 lug]
Fastbacks  did not have an "S" or "N" model. It was all standard.
The Fastback was the most expensive of all the type 3's and came with most 
of the more deluxe items as standard issue.

The square and notch were the cheaper models and could be ordered in 
different trim packages. Also this was the reason VWoG / VWoA didnt import 
the notch "offically", since at the time it was the same price point as a 
Type 1 VW didnt want anything to hurt the T1 sales numbers so the Notch was 
left out. Since the square and fasty were already more expensive they 
imported them over.
