That will do it!  You can try jetting the Weber correctly, or rebuilding it
if there is something wrong but the webers generally do have a hesitation.

That will make your hesitation even worse!!

If its a stock or near so 1600 then put back in what is matched to the
engine,  Stock dual carbs or FI and the correct matched distributor.  The
whole package needs to match or you wont get maximum performance and just
bolting on something else will not do as well as stock unless you upgrade
the mechanicals of the engine too.

Oh... the the FI will run much better than the carbs!
