My favorite year for FI is the '71 (D brain) which actually started in about Jan of '70. Second favorite would be the earlier '70 (C brain) version, which is very similar. The '72 is at the bottom of the list, and I put the '73 just one step above that. If the front axle beam is good on the '73, then that is very desirable due to the larger brakes. What color is the '73 interior? I'm always looking for dark blue '73 interior parts. -- ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
