Adjust the valves on #1 and the intake on #2 and the Exhaust on #4. Now turn the engine 360 degrees and adjust the valve on #3 and the intake on #4 and the exhaust on #2. Now you have all the valves adjusted. OH, BTW, what did you set your valves at on your Early T-3??? Not .006" I hope. Early heads have the valves set at .008" intakes, and .010" exhaust. -- Russ Wolfe '71 FB AT '66 FB MT '64 T34 (not running) '65 T1 (not running) russw@classicvw.org http://www.classicvw.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
