Duty is described as a Moral or Legal obligation, and Voting is neither or even an obligation to that effect. I agree that is a right that is earned every day by those of "US" Green Suiters. My two cents
I take voting to be a moral obligation. This is the very LEAST that each of us should be able to contribute, and it's something that every one of us can afford. I consider those who choose to bask in the benefits of our democracy without paying this very small price to be parasites.
My two cents.
