My two cents

I take voting to be a moral obligation. This is the very LEAST that each of us should be able to contribute, and it's something that every one of us can afford. I consider those who choose to bask in the benefits of our democracy without paying this very small price to be parasites.

My two cents.

im sure we don't want to start a debate over the list, that said, i agree with martin and think jim is being harsh.
