Everytime I contacted them buy e-mail I had to wait about 24 hours at the most and always had a response. Although I have not bought anything from them yet it was not because of bad "Custumer Service" but because of financial reasons on my part. "I will buy those last parts I inquired about Martin" My 2 cents.
