I know... but I think your too rich. To keep a cold engine running smoothly you need a richer mixture.... that leans out at the proper rate when the engine warms. You need Something to do that, chokes for carbs and temp sensors for FI. You can simply set the whole curve to run rich but then it will be too rich when the engine is warm, or you can live with hesitations and rough running for the first few miles. Ive set my chokes to stay open... and its 5 minutes before I can drive the car... in the Summer!
