[T3] fresh air motor and some spring cleaning

I need to clean out the fresh air motor in my car as I know it is filled
with all kinds of junk from the years, and it makes a horrible screeching
sound when I run it, before it starts spewing all kinds of leaves, twigs,
pine needles, and even those little helicopter things.  How can I clean out
the inside of this, I took a look at mine a minute ago, and I didn't see any
obvious (to me) clips or some simple method of removing this, nor could I
find anything in Bentley.
