You can replace just the rubber bushings if you can find some. Check with VW, 
or ask at a place that sells lots of shocks; you might be able to score some 
good ones off a discarded shock. If you've still got the original shocks on 
there, they're worth saving. Otherwise, you can buy new aftermarket shocks 
cheap.

Front lower bump stops. Those are type 3 parts only. You'll have to find a dead 
front axle beam to take them off of.
