What about 5.5" BRM's? Does the offset have them sit a bit outside the fender? Is the required offset the same for a Type34 Ghia? Or, is there more fender clearance? Just asking for a friend who is considering a Type 34 or a Notch. I've seen BRM's mounted on an early square and there were rubbing issues due to the offset. Thanks. Excellent, thanks. If I can get that size tyres on my notch without rubbing the front fenders I will be happy. My notch is lowered slightly more than that. I am envisioning that I will have to raise it a notch (excuse the pun) to fit the new wheel/tyre combo.
