This shows a type 1 front. There's no telling what you'd really get with a type 3 setup. I agree with Toby that trying to attach this to the inboard end of the shock stud is asking for trouble. I'm actually surprised that John is selling these. Maybe they help a bit, but whenever I see stuff like this I just get the feeling that the designer had no idea what he was doing. In other words, they're made to sell, not to work well.
