Don't worry about the pressure sensor, it sounds fine. Oil accumulation in 
there is normal and cleaning it out is a good thing to do.

Here are two things to check:

1) When you get in the car and turn the key ON, you should hear a relay click 
and then a second click about 1 second later. Do you hear both clicks?

2) Measure the voltage across the battery with the engine warmed up and running 
at medium rpm. It should measure above 14V. If it is less than 13.5V replace 
the voltage regulator with a genuine Bosch 30-019.
