That's the 68-9 pressure switch, which is on the right side of the engine. It 
is almost certainly working fine, but you may want to make sure the hose is 
connected to it, too.

The pressure SENSOR is on the LEFT side and is actually not mounted on the 
engine. It is hung from the underside of the "floor" and is connected to the 
engine by a hose that comes into the bottom of the intake air distributor from 
the left. Make sure that hose is in place.

Then check your system voltage with the engine running at medium RPM. It should 
be above 13.5V. If it is not, you may need to replace your voltage regulator, 
but check here first to make sure you don't waste your money.
