[T3] Notchback rear is sagging, and rubbing on my tire !!

I put 5 spokes on my car and with the offset of the
wheel with 165's it is rubbing only on the driver's
side. I never noticed this with my stock wheels but
its obvious that the car is leaning a hair to the
left. The passenger side is fine and has like an inch
clearance. 

Is this a mere shock issue?? If i tried a new shock
will this help? My car is undrivable, and that sucks
cuz i wanted to take it to the Classic..
