We used to make a tool from an old hack saw blade by grinding a hook into the end and wrapping with tape to protect your hand. Lately, I have seen a tool made to score plexiglass for cutting. Also, a dremel with one of their small saw blades, and a steady hand. -- Russ Wolfe '71 FB AT '66 FB MT '65 T1 (not running) russw@classicvw.org http://www.classicvw.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org
