I have already put the new rubber on my pop out windows, I used WCM and they did take alot of soap and muscle but they did fit. My headache is reinstalling the windows into the car. None of my manuals have any pictures of pop outs for square backs. Should my 65 have separate hinges or is it just the hinge thats on the window frame and the slot on the pillar?

What you've described is all there is, except maybe for the plastic sleeves Jim mentioned. Getting the popouts back onto the car with new seals is a little tricky because the lip of the seal gets in the way. Try using some 2 in. wide masking tape to tape the leading edge lip of the seal back to the window so it will be out of the way. Then angle the popout hinges into the slots and carefully but firmly push forward and in at the same time (that is, push toward the front of the car while at the same time "closing" the popout). It's easy to slip and scratch your paint, so be careful. When the window is seated hold it firmly closed while you have someone get inside the car and install the latch (or if you're feeling lucky, tape the window closed and quickly install the latch yourself). Then remove the masking tape and you're done.

good luck,
