You on the Island?  its a marine climate and much more temperate there.
Yea, weve been crystal white since late November now... and now a thick,
granular coating!

Keep in mind, it takes a full inch or so of rain to desalinate the roads,
salt tends to stay in the cracks and potholes for a very long time so best
to keep the Square hibernating unless we really get alot of rain.
