This would explain the ridiculous asking price, gotta pay for all those costs.

Repainted, redone interior, differing model year parts...sorry, only if it was
a pure, unmolested vehicle would such a crazy price tag be remotely possible. 
Look for it to go to e-Screw-You-Over-Bay in the near future cuz that's the
only way there's gonna be any chance of a bite.  But hey, if he can suck some
fool's wallet dry I guess he'll be the one laughing all the way to the bank...
