[T3] More on gas heaters (was New member lookin' for parts)

Yes, from chassis No 315 000 001 to 315 220 883 to be exact.  The only gas
heater produced for fewer VIN #s was the 1969 BA4 from chassis number 319
108 900 to "April 1969" which I figured would be about 319 250 XXX.
