<x-flowed>try pulling the passenger side lever, but leaving the driver's side lever 
down.  I think the driver's side one is for the rear footwell, and the 
passenger side one is the one that opens the port on the heat exchangers (if 
I'm remembering correctly).

When I pull up the driver side lever, I get nothing.
When I pull up both levers I get heat from the rear
footwell.
