It works fine on 1 & 2, after all. > - remove the brass plug and spray carb cleaner at the main jet. I think this is where your problem lies. I doubt if carb cleaner will help, however. You CAN take the top of the carb off while leaving the bowl in place. Then you can inspect the main jet and remove it to clean it if necessary.
