[T3] Ignition cylinder part no.

Peace to all, I picked up an ignition lock cylinder with switch & key cheap.
the guy swore it was a T3 part but not sure what year. part no. is 111 005
851N (sounds like T1 to me!) anybody with access to parts lists or knows
where to look for validity to his claim would be appreciated.
