[T3] Oil pressure issues

ok lemme start off by saying this.... im an evil bastard and modified the fan shroud and and such for my project. what size is the motor you full flowed and what size oil pump. refering to the evil bastard I am. my motor is a 1914cc full flowed with a Heavy duty oil pump .... believe it's a 30mm? its got a real thick flange. I had the same trouble with the oil filter a couple days ago.... started up you hear pop splash and yay a split hp-8a oil filter.... Hitting my head and realizing it had been nearly 10 degrees last night and Im using 20W-50 (i know i know stupid stupid stupid) went to a HP-1 ran 10W-30 and Viola!!! no more split filter after 15 minutes of cussing over cleaning up the oil spill.
the only drawback is I have to let it warm up... going from carson city to reno everyday you have to do atleast 75mph.... the only drawback ive seen is slightly higher oil temperatures (thermostatic oil bypass valve and thermostatic fan on-off switch) Donoald has been happy as a clam.... the tapping into the oil pressure relief area directly is a bad idea in cold climates..... setting it up like a bug requires cutting of the fan shroud..... find a decent yet striped out fan shroud and youll be fine.... cut, cut cut... screw...seal .... YAY!!! a bastardized fan shroud.... next project ... ALTERNATOR!!! lmao...
