I'm getting really excited now. *glows with happiness* So, now to totally jump the gun.. Any reccomendations on the best way to theft-"proof" an old VW? There aren't many VW's here in 'Nawlins.. I might have seen 2 T3's in a decade.. THere is a couple bugs in the French Quarter, that have been around for ages.. But truth be told, the French Quarter is not that car-friendly. Theft is fairly high (though mostly aimed at SUVs and newer cars), and vandalism is goofy rampant. I intend to get comp. insurance, but I also want to arm my car against molestation. I'm thinking a club, a kill switch, and maybe more.. noise alarms rarely do anything here except annoy the neighbors.. Anyone with ingenious devices on this list?? :-) (or a link to a previous thread?)
