[T3] Turn Signal

<x-flowed>Well, I did a blast of wd40 into the emergency switch, but no dice. And 
while I DO have a 72, my steering wheel in old school, and so therefore 
I guess my turn signal switch is too. There are actually THREE plugs at 
the base of the steering wheel;  pulled and replugged them all back in, 
to no avail.
