Looks like there's at least the

the CompuFire
and the Empi repackaged CompuFire, Acufire:

anyhow I stumbled on that while thinking about electronic ignition.
Not having to adjust my points sounds pretty nice, as I always seem to  
have
to remember on the side of the road somewhere, when my car forcibly  
reminds me.

Can you use these electronic ignitions on the Fuel Injected vacuum  
crazy distributors?
