hmm. I have this problem now with my 71.
and I had it with a bug a long time ago.

For the bug I took the handle a part and got the cylinder.
I put the key in it and filed off everything that stuck out.

I'm sure there's a better way.  Do you just take the cylinder to a lock 
smith?
