Dave - You hit the nail on the head. The wheel arch is swelling. Also the inner rocker is rusted thru at the rear. It seems like the water is coming in from the side air vent. If I pour water in the front corner of the vent I get water coming in the battery tray from the inner rocker (right where the heat exchange(?) box connects to the rocker). So does that mean the water is traveling thru the fender? I tried to seal the rear part of the rocker but I'm still getting a ton of water. Is there another place to try and seal?
