There's probably other problems, too. This sounds like a rather typical story 
of a car where the problems were just allowed to pile up until it wouldn't run 
at all.

A good muffler shop could probably just bend one up for you. There are 2 styles 
depending on which muffler is on your car. Getting a shop to make one is 
probably a good choice.
