I bumped up the timing on my Notch 2deg, checked the the 1&2 heads valves and they only sunk .001 over the 700miles in Hershey trip so maybe there finally settling out .... The LR heaterbox connection to the header had loosened again... so your right it was louder, I fixed that. Its starting a bit lean now but I still need to plug the holes in the choke plates :-0! about .5 MPG less going home (1st leg anyway), about 28.5 MPG. Little more noodling to do with it...
