[T3] Engine markings

Someone was asking about stenciling on the engine that looks like 'LO' and
what it means. I just happened to notice, on a spare unmolested Type 4 motor
in my shed, the clearly stenciled legend 'I.O.', which I expect is the same
as what appears on that Type 3. Dunno what it means, but mine is very bright
and clear.
