[T3] Emergency front hood release -- how to?

<x-flowed>I have all my chrome parts back for my front latch and before I remount 
everything I want to make the emergency latch release in case the 
original 1972 wire breaks.  So, how's it done...explicitly, by the way, 
because looking at the late model unit I don't see an easy way (maybe 
some difficult ways, though).  I'm not worried about routing the 
hand-pull end, just how to attach it to the hood release.
