That is the box that was under the back seat when I got the car. The
regulator is ne, so I assumed it was the box for that regulator.

I put some pictures of a T-1 generator/regulator up on my web site,
along with pictures of the regulator on my T-3. You can see the loop of
wire. Excuse the washed out pictures, but what can you expect from a
digital camera I bought for $10 on ebay. It is too dark in the shop to
get the numbers off the T-3 regulator without pulling it off.

If the mounting legs are angled, it sounds like a '66 T-1. If the legs
are for a flat mount, it sounds like a '66 T-2, for the 105mm dia. T-141
and T-2 generators.

This sounds like a '66 T-2/Ghia regulator.  It was a 1 year only deal,
but with some wiring end changes, it should work on ours.

If anybody reads this far, do you want me to put up all my electrical
school documents?????
