[T3] Oil puker

<x-flowed>What would make a motor puke oil from the filler tube?
The oil level is lower than the low mark on the dip stick.{when cold }
Maybe bad rings? extensive blow by/ case pressure ?
This is a old stock 1600 that has unknown miles on it.
