I found out the hose from the pressure sensor to the
air intake plenum was loose, or even off. It seems
like it doesn't want to stay on very well (no clamp --
just slipped it on). I guess this could've been
causing the problem?

It was one or more of the above. I loosened the clamp,
pulled it down over the lower part of the metal line
and tightened it up a bit tighter than before. Started
the car, perfectly dry. Thanks guys...
