Check to see the current condition of this stuff, so that when he tells you that something is "damaged" or "need to be replaced" you are already aware of the condition, and he isn't pulling one over on you in an attempt to sell more than is necessary. Feed him a bone, leave the wipers. I hope this helps. That's a good idea, yeah... I double-checked the lights & the horn works (thank goodness)... I'll get new wiper blades...
