Is > this a bad thing? > '73 Square '72-3s in the US got reduced compression ratios, but these look like your engine has been rebuilt with standard components. 135-145 would be pretty typical for the earlier years so your measurements are pretty normal. It looks like # 3 is starting to dip down a bit, so I'd make sure that you have the valves adjusted correctly. The exhausts should all be at .006, you can adjust the intakes to either .004 or .006". It wouldn't hurt to make sure that your lower head studs under # 3 are still tight. If you tighten them, do it with a torque wrench!
