The PR and leaking injectors require a 30 psi pressure gauge to test. You can 
buy these items fairly cheaply at a hardware store, I think.

Use the voltmeter to test the charging system. You should measure 14-15V AT THE 
GENERATOR TERMINALS when the engine is running at med RPM or above. If you 
don't get this, ask for my charging system FAQ, or write back here. Low system 
voltage will make the engine run rich, but not generally this rich. Is your 
generator idiot light going out?
