[T3] reply-to

<x-flowed>
Folks,

	Ok, I'm going out on a limb here and setting up the reply-to function.

	Among the possible down sides include:

1. A poorly-behaving vacation message may cause thousands of looped messages to fill up everyone's in-box and fill up our disk quota (thereby breaking the list entirely) in a matter of minutes, and
2. People are more likely to intend to reply privately, and send the message to the entire list by mistake. (Bwahaha...)

	There are many more reasons why this is a dodgy thing to do; see:

	http://www.unicom.com/pw/reply-to-harmful.html

...but I will give it a try.

Also notice that if you find that it still doesn't work the way you want it to after the change, this will be something to fix on *your* end. Ultimately the mail headers are only *suggesting* to your e-mail program how the reply should be handled; you'll either need to reconfigure your e-mail program (contact the authors for help) or ditch it in favor of one that behaves the way you want it to behave.

	Whew! :)
