Caster is set by the rubber axle mounts (not too easy to adjust). Camber (the lean of the wheel from the vertical) is adjusted by the upper ball-joint (the bottom part of the tapered rod with flats for a wrench). The notch on the bottom suspension ball-joints should face forward - worth checking before aligning! I assume these are degrees? 1.3deg +/- 0.3 (max difference 0.3 deg) is the book figure for camber.
